Does anyone know what to call the system that connects a neb to a bipap? I am struggling a bit after aspirating and can't get off the bipap, chest is too tight and I think i can hear a slight rumbling. When I had a bad episode before, I inhaled a saline solution which was a chamber that fitted in between the valve and vent tube. I was wondering if a local hosp would have one i could borrow and want to know exactly what to ask for. Any ideas folks?
